The scope of this page
This overview describes the website and the product implementation reviewed on 4 October 2026. Workspace settings, enabled services and contractual requirements need confirmation for your setup. It is not a security certification or an independent audit.
Start with the data you need
Connected sources can provide orders, product and inventory records, website events, campaign reports and customer or email activity. The actual fields and history depend on the source, permissions and successful synchronisation. Selecting a logo in the website calculator does not connect an account or import its data.
Define the business question first. Agree which accounts, fields and history are necessary, and check a sample against the source before using the combined view to make decisions.
Access follows the workspace
Access depends on your workspace and role. Only owners and administrators can disconnect a source. Agree who holds these roles during onboarding.
Source permissions and Faccelerate permissions are separate. Some providers use broad OAuth scopes. The actions available in a workflow may be narrower than the permission granted by the source platform. Review both before granting access.
Review before a live change
Analysis, a saved proposal and a live platform change are different steps. The reviewed SEO and CRO configuration disables full automation; supported publishing paths require approval. The Ads workflow prepares creative work and analysis without changing Meta or Google campaign budgets. Email and Social execution are not implemented in the reviewed version.
Confirm the reviewer, destination, allowed change and recovery plan for each enabled action. Approval of one task should not be treated as permission for unrelated changes.
Hosting and AI processing
The public website is hosted on Cloudflare. The reviewed product architecture uses Cloudflare Workers, D1 for operational records and R2 for source data and files. Infrastructure selection alone does not establish a contractual processing region, a retention period or a compliance certification.
AI tasks send the context needed for the task to configured model services. The reviewed implementation can also record model inputs and outputs in Langfuse when tracing is enabled. Before connecting sensitive data, confirm the enabled providers, the context sent to them, logging, retention, processing locations and applicable terms.
Disconnecting is not deleting
The reviewed disconnect operation removes the sync connection and marks it disconnected. Previously imported analytical tables are retained. Revoking source access and removing stored records therefore need separate checks.
For an export or removal request, identify the workspace, affected source and data range. Ask for the scope of active data, files, derived outputs, logs and backups, together with applicable retention and completion confirmation. This page does not promise an automatic deletion deadline.
Agree these points before onboarding
- Selected sources, required fields and permitted uses.
- Workspace owners, reviewers and source permissions.
- Enabled AI services, logging, processors and processing locations.
- Retention, exports, removal scope and how completion is confirmed.
- Approved actions, validation criteria and a recovery owner.
