A substantial audience.
A specific search opportunity.
The work starts with the questions behind a search: what is the shopper looking for, which collection answers that need, and what information makes the product easier to understand? The documented Shoeby work includes product-page and category-content drafts, search-result previews and content-gap research.
That makes the review concrete. The team can compare an existing title and description with a proposed alternative, inspect the supporting page context and decide what belongs on the storefront. A prepared draft and a published improvement remain separate steps.
Estimated monthly organic search traffic.
Semrush reports 235,060 for July 2026, up 1.34% month on month. This is a third-party estimate of Shoeby’s existing search visibility, not traffic generated by Faccelerate or a measurement of the two-month collaboration.

From an observation
to a measurable experiment.
The Shoeby workflow connects storefront context, GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to experiment preparation. The aim is to turn a broad concern about conversion into a specific hypothesis: what is happening, which shoppers are affected, what should change and how will the team judge it?
The September product review documented both experiment preparation and a separate running experiment report. That distinction matters: an idea in the editor is not automatically a live test, and a promising readout is not automatically a confirmed win.
Observed relative purchase-conversion difference.
The recorded report showed an 80% probability of beating control against a 95% decision threshold. It had not established a winning variant; the margin assessment after the return window was also outstanding.
Promising interim signal · no confirmed uplift claimThis is evidence of a measurement workflow and an early signal to investigate. The latest completed test report is needed before presenting the experiment as a successful outcome or applying its percentage to Shoeby’s total revenue.
Creative decisions grounded
in the product itself.
The 22 September workspace review recorded 576 creatives in the selected 30-day performance view and 300 existing ad assets in the library. That gives the team a concrete body of creative material to investigate alongside prioritisation signals and campaign context.
Inside the reviewed denim board, Canvas AI used linked source material to answer product questions. The documented answers included composition and sizing facts with source references. Strategy runs connected proposed hooks to customer concerns and product evidence; a conflict with the brand’s own guidance was also surfaced for review.
The useful connection is from creative performance to a better-informed brief. Generation quality and brand interpretation still needed review, and the validation did not publish a campaign or change a budget.
Three disciplines.
One business context.
The value of working across SEO, CRO and creative is the connection between their questions. A search query can reveal what needs explaining. Shopper behaviour can expose where that explanation falls short. A creative brief can carry the same product evidence into the next campaign.
CeeCee provides the co-pilot layer in the Faccelerate proposition; the specialist agents provide focused work for the team to inspect. The Shoeby collaboration gives that approach a practical setting, with actual product context, recorded workflows and defined review moments.
- Find the question worth answering.
Start with a search opportunity, a point of shopping friction or a creative signal.
- Prepare a concrete next step.
Bring the evidence into a content draft, experiment hypothesis or creative brief.
- Review, implement and measure.
Keep the owner, approval and success measure clear. Carry what the team learns into the next decision.
Sources & measurement
The collaboration duration was confirmed by Faccelerate in October 2026. Product and CRO observations refer to the documented 8 September review; creative-workspace observations refer to 22 September. The Semrush snapshot was checked on 3 October and describes July, before the stated two-month collaboration window.
The CRO figure is a dated interim observation, not a verified current result. No customer quote, confirmed test winner, causal traffic uplift, revenue increase or time-saving figure is claimed. Those results require their own completed measurement and source review.
